Mid week and weekend home opens
We will open your property at least twice a week with a home open mid week and on the weekends to ensure your property is viewed quickly and easily by prospective tenants.

Keeping you updated
Communication is the key and Key Residential prides itself on ensuring that landlords are kept well informed about the status of their valued asset.
You will receive regular property inspection and maintenance reports by email showing 20 + photos of the internal and external features of your property. Samples available by request.
Two property inspectors
Did you know we have two (2) property inspectors on each and every property inspection. This ensures two sets of eyes viewing your property at all times and ensures the senior property manager is able to report back to you sooner.
